Chef’s Table Festival – Biang Biang Noodles at Riverhorse on Main

At Chef’s Table Festival in Park City, we served Biang Biang Noodles to around 120 guests at Riverhorse on Main.

It was a wonderful opportunity to share one of Shaanxi’s most iconic noodle dishes in such a lively setting, with each bowl prepared and served fresh.

I am especially grateful to Chef Wong, who stepped in when we needed extra support and generously helped us through the service. His kindness, professionalism and willingness to help made a real difference, and I truly appreciated having him there with us.

Bringing Biang Biang noodles from Xi’an to Park City was already very special, but it was the people we met and worked with that made the experience truly memorable.
